Senior Technology Customer Success (Remote, USA)

Dear JLL Technologies Hiring Team:

I thought I had my career all figured out. I was thriving in brokerage at Grubb & Ellis, navigating deals, building relationships, and loving every minute of it. But life, as it often does, had other plans. When my mother was diagnosed with brain cancer, I left my post in Los Angeles to be her caregiver. She passed soon after, and when I was finally ready to re-enter the workforce, the thought of returning to CRE just didn’t feel right. So, I took a leap into tech, and it turns out, I kind of loved it.

Fast forward a few years, and after moving to the Indianapolis area, I dusted off my brokerage skills, got my license, and was this close to joining a team at CBRE until a tech founder approached me to lead their business development efforts. The tech bug still had me hooked, and I couldn’t resist. Now, I find myself in the best possible position: staring at a role that allows me to merge my two professional loves (CRE and technology) while doing what I do best: building lasting relationships and delivering real value to clients.

My time in tech has been spent leading product for two HRTech platforms, where I worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that actually solve customer pain points. I lived in the post-sales world, scoping projects, managing implementations, and ensuring clients weren’t just satisfied, but fully bought into the product’s value. Before that, in my CRE days, I mastered the art of relationship-building, problem-solving, and managing high-stakes projects. Now, I’m eager to bring both skill sets together in a role where I can help customers successfully implement and maximize their use of a technology solution tailored to an industry I know and enjoy.

I may not check every single box on your list, but what I lack in hyper-specific experience, I make up for with my ability to learn at lightning speed and my knack for navigating complex concepts. Plus, I know how to keep my cool in high-pressure situations, whether it’s negotiating a deal, troubleshooting an implementation issue, or explaining to my 6-year old why ice cream is not, in fact, a breakfast food.

I’d love the chance to chat about how I can bring my unique blend of CRE expertise, tech experience, and relationship-driven approach to your team. Thank you for your time, attention, and consideration, and I look forward to the opportunity to interview for this important position.

Best regards,

Jeff Ringgenberg
