Clinical Experience Software Product Manager
(Job ID: R-88104)
Dear Hiring Team,
I’m excited to apply for the Product Manager role focused on Clinical Experience at Eli Lilly. With a background that bridges digital strategy in healthcare and product leadership in high-growth SaaS, I bring a unique combination of domain empathy, cross-functional collaboration, and executional grit to the table.
Earlier in my career, I worked directly with Eli Lilly brand teams as a Digital Project Manager at Avant Healthcare. That experience grounded me in the nuances of the pharmaceutical space and the importance of clear, compliant, and human-centered communication, all of which deeply inform how I approach product strategy today. Over the past four years, I’ve led product and customer success functions at a rapidly scaling HRTech SaaS company, translating complex user needs into platform features that improve adoption, engagement, and operational efficiency. I’ve driven roadmaps across AI-enabled automation, re-architected workflows in regulated environments, and rallied diverse teams around shared KPIs and delivery goals, all while keeping the voice of the user at the center.
The opportunity to bring that product leadership back into a mission-driven, life-changing space like clinical research at Lilly is both professionally and personally exciting. I’m eager to help reimagine the experience for investigators and participants alike, using tech not just to move faster, but to move smarter.
Beyond my professional background, my connection to Lilly is personal. My wife spent nearly 11 years with Lilly, and several friends have enjoyed decade-long careers there. Even my mother was a Lilly sales rep decades ago. Through them, and my own work, I’ve seen what makes Lilly exceptional: a commitment to doing work that truly matters, and doing it with heart. That’s the kind of organization I want to be part of.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I’d welcome the chance to contribute to Lilly’s vision of uniting caring with discovery.
Best regards,
Jeff Ringgenberg
