Over the past four years, I’ve led product and customer success functions at a rapidly scaling HRTech SaaS company, translating complex user needs into platform features that improve adoption, engagement, and operational efficiency. I’ve driven roadmaps across AI-enabled automation, re-architected workflows in regulated environments, and rallied diverse teams around shared KPIs and delivery goals, all while keeping the voice of the user at the center.

Beyond my professional background, my connection to Lilly is personal. My wife spent nearly 11 years with Lilly, and several friends have enjoyed decade-long careers there.
