First off, I was already a fan of Mighty Networks before this job posting even hit my radar. In fact, I came super close to launching my own Mighty Network last year for a startup concept I was exploring (Beyond Shame), but life had other plans when my wife unexpectedly lost her job. Pivoting to prioritize my family was the right call, but through the process of building the foundations of that community, I gained a deep appreciation for what Mighty Networks offers. From the power of the platform itself to the top-tier customer success experience I received during my interactions with your team, it became clear to me: this isn’t just another SaaS company, it’s a movement. And I want to be a part of it.

With years of experience leading Customer Success teams for SaaS products in the HRTech space, I know what it takes to build strong relationships, drive engagement, and help clients achieve their goals. I thrive in environments where I can translate complex ideas into actionable strategies, guiding customers from onboarding to long-term success. My entrepreneurial mindset means I don’t just follow a playbook, I look for opportunities to improve it, whether that’s identifying new ways to add value, mitigating risks before they become problems, or driving renewals by ensuring customers see continuous growth.

Beyond my experience in SaaS, I understand what it means to build a thriving community. I’ve worked with business leaders and creators to help them craft strategies that engage, retain, and grow their audiences. I know the challenges Mighty Pro Hosts face because I’ve been in their shoes before — brainstorming engagement strategies, mapping out membership structures, and navigating the nuances of online communities. That firsthand experience, combined with my background in customer success, gives me a unique ability to partner with Hosts in a meaningful way.
