Product Management (Global) at Shopify

Dear Hiring Manager:

I’ve always been drawn to building things, whether it was co-founding a creative agency, launching an eCommerce store on Shopify (after migrating it over from Squarespace), or leading product initiatives that simplify complex systems. Along the way, I’ve learned that growth comes from diving headfirst into unfamiliar territory, learning fast, and figuring things out as you go. That’s why Shopify’s mission to empower entrepreneurs and reshape commerce resonates with me. While I may not check every single qualification box, I thrive in fast-paced environments, absorb new concepts quickly, and tackle ambiguity with confidence, which are all essential qualities for a Product Manager at Shopify.

Currently, I lead product and customer success at a fast-paced HRTech company, where I juggle daily standups, product roadmapping, ticket management (keeping the Jira board nice and organized), client onboarding, and product training. Before that, I spent years in advanced TV advertising at Effectv (a Comcast company), working directly with brands and agencies to optimize ad placements, audience targeting, and ad performance. Later, I applied that knowledge to building and managing my own eCommerce business on Shopify, running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive conversions. That dual perspective, both as a merchant and an adtech strategist, gives me a unique ability to understand user pain points and develop solutions that truly empower business owners.
